Information for applicants

APPLICATION DEADLINE: June 3, 2026 at 01.00pm CEST 

• Detailed information is available in the call for applications. 

• Due to high traffic near the call deadline, applicants are encouraged to submit their applications well in advance to avoid last-minute congestion in the online application process!

• Applications cannot be submitted after the deadline.

• Applications for the PhD program in Economics, Analytics and Decision Sciences can only be submitted electronically.

• Applicants must complete the online application form (registration required) and provide the required personal data and documents. 

• Detailed instructions for the submission procedure are available after registration. 

• Basic instructions for the submission procedure will be provided after registration. 

• Data included in the application form can be modified and updated until the final submission. 

• No further modifications are possible after the final submission. 

• Interviews of shortlisted candidates will take place on June 30 and July 1, 2026.

• Admissions will be communicated by the mid of July.

• The EADS program will start on November 1, 2026.
